Elanco Animal Health’s purchase of Bayer Animal Health is now going through a 30 day comment period. To move forward with the $7.6 billion deal, Elanco has to divest of a few products. That would include the U.S. rights to a cattle product called StandGuard, which will be taken over by Neogen. Elanco officials indicate the purchase should be finalized in early August.
