The new Enlist technology provides additional flexibility to the grower. Corteva AgriScience New Technology Specialist Josh Wilson says that is critical during a compressed planting season. “E3 soybeans have tolerances to glyphosate, glufosinate and 2,4-D chorline. When you get pushed, we can always come in ahead of time and utilize a product like that for burndown while getting us another residual.” Wilson says this strategy considers post emergence control of tough weeds, like kochia, waterhelmp, Palmer amaranth, the ragweed species and mares tail.
