Red Trail Energy is moving forward with plans to capture and store carbon dioxide. North Dakota Senator John Hoeven says the Richardton, North Dakota ethanol plant is expanding its market opportunities with this effort. “Red Trail will produce ethanol; capture the CO2, sequester it and sell that fuel as low-intensity carbon transportation fuels in California.”
