North Dakota Soybean Growers Association President Joe Ericson says it’s been a quiet winter with some crop remaining in the fields. “Most of the soybeans were harvested. There are some food grade soybeans that couldn’t be dried so they were left,” says Ericson. “For corn, we got fired up again on Monday. The snow has gone down a little to get to the cobs. Before that, we were cutting them off and only getting so much yield.”
