The North Dakota 4-H Foundation has inducted two individuals to its 4-H Hall of Fame. The honorees are the late Erwin Klusmann of New Salem and Wayne Hankel of Fargo. Klusmann was a 4-H member and leader who won numerous awards with the dairy project. Hankel was a 4-H Extension agent at the county and state level. Rick Jorgenson of Devils Lake has been named North Dakota’s Outstanding Lifetime 4-H Volunteer for 2019.
