Growth Energy CEO Emily Skor says Friday’s EPA announcement is forward leaning. To address previous gallons lost via small refinery exemptions, there is on-going litigation. “Growth Energy is are collaborating throughout the industry on litigation. That will continue,” she explains. “This will likely be the vehicle by which we hope to regain some lost ground.” Skor says the EPA should be able to retroactively reallocate those gallons.
