Minnesota Soybean Growers Association President Jamie Beyer is embracing her new leadership role. Beyer says the grower board is going through changes. “We’re trying to become more family friendly for our board members and trying to offer opportunities for more networking,” said Beyer. “We’ll also bring in more lawmakers to tell us about their campaigns and plans. The format will change and it will be positive.” Beyer also says trade and the weather are the two biggest challenges facing Minnesota growers. Listen to the interview.
