American Vanguard Corporation, through its subsidiary, AMVAC, has reached an agreement to purchase specific product lines and inventory from Willowood USA. Willowood markets post-patent crop protection products and is going through bankruptcy. With the approval of the courts, the AMVAC deal should be finalized by mid-April.
