As the Senate considers Andrew Wheeler to lead the Environmental Protection Agency, North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer says there are still unknowns on the progress of year-round E15 availability. “This is just the beginning of the implementation. The EPA has to come up with the rules,” says Cramer. “The unfortunate thing about the recent partial government shutdown, while it was only 25 percent of the government, the EPA was one of the agencies shutdown for better than one month, but Wheeler made the commitment. We felt good about the commitment and we’ll be we’ll be holding his feet to the fire.”
