Since the government shutdown began December 22, a total of 62 reports from the National Agricultural Statistics Service, Foreign Agricultural Service and Economic Research Service went unpublished. The January World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates is the most high-profile report that was not released. USDA Chief Economist Robert Johansson says the February 8 WASDE report will be released on time, but the timeline for release of delayed reports is not known. The new release dates will be posted online as soon as possible.
