The word “chuck” often refers to a person or a roast. However, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association has given the name a whole new meaning. Chuck Knows Beef is powered by Google artificial intelligence and is a guide to all things beef. “In modern day times, consumers want to use fun gadgets as they shop and think through meal preparations,” explains NCBA Federation Division Chairman Dawn Caldwell. “They can access Chuck Knows Beef via smart speaker to do a better job of purchasing and enjoying beef.” From cooking tips to cuts of beef, users can ask Chuck just about anything. “If a consumer finds a certain cut of beef on sale, they can just ask Chuck and receive several really good recipes to chose from.”
