The USDA Under Secretary for marketing and regulatory programs, Greg Ibach, says the second round of Market Facilitation Program payments are still appropriate. No formal announcement on the payments has been made as of Friday. Ibach says USDA is going through the appropriate administrative steps before the payments are made.
