Arysta LifeScience is getting new ownership. Platform Specialty Products has agreed to sell its agricultural chemicals business, which is made up of Arysta LifeScience, to UPL Corporation. The deal is valued at $4.2 billion in cash and is expected to close in late 2018 or early 2019.
