The North Dakota State College of Science is growing much more than crops in the Kosel Family Agricultural Land Lab – they’re growing future agriculturists. Amber Hasbargen is studying farm management and crop production at NDSCS. Growing up on the family farm near Breckenridge, Minnesota, Hasbargen has roots in agriculture. The addition of the land lab will help improve her classroom experiences. “I’m looking forward to getting a lot more field scouting in and learning more about what is planted here,” says Hasbargen. “We’re all really excited to see how far this project can go.”
