The Midwest Dairy Association is hosting an inaugural Dairy Experience Forum in Bloomington, Minnesota next month (July 24-26). CEO Lucas Lentsch says it’s a good time to convene the dairy community and connect with consumers. “We’re really working to make that connection between the dairy farm and today’s consumers. We’ll have a live focus group where we’re going to discuss with consumers about what they’re looking for in dairy products and what decision making processes that they go through. There will be food industry leaders sharing some strategic insights and how the product innovators are working to meet and anticipate the needs of today’s consumers.”
