In the Wolverton, Minnesota area, farmer Jay Nord says things are looking better after the recent rain. “It should fill in the gaps that we’re missing and some of the soybeans that germinated right there trying to come up.” The lack of rain in May was causing some concern. However, crops should rebound nicely.
