Blue and gold jackets took over the North Dakota State University campus during the 89th North Dakota FFA State Convention. FFA members were busy competing in career and leadership development events. Retired State Sentinel Abagail Volk enjoys seeing members grow through these contests. “They’ve been working all year for that satisfaction of ‘Yes! My hard work paid off.’ The FFA grows you as both a person and a leader.” Retired State Parliamentarian Warren Swenson message to members was to look to others for support. “We’re all in the same boat, so help one another out. We’re here to compete, but we do it together.”
RRFN’s North Dakota FFA State Convention coverage is sponsored, in part, by AgCountry Farm Credit Services and Crop Production Services.
