Trade retaliation continues to keep a lid on the grain and livestock markets. Summit Commodities market analyst Tim Marsh says U.S. pork may have dodged a bullet with Mexico’s retaliation. “Mexico did announce they would put duties on pork chops, but they did not mention hams. Mexico is our biggest client for pork, hams in particular, and that may have been a relief not to see it on the list from Mexico.”
