A northwest Missouri farmer, Richard Fordyce, is the new Farm Service Agency Administrator. Fordyce was formerly Missouri’s State Executive Director for FSA and the director of the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Fordyce also served on the United Soybean Board.Freeland Joins Mosaic Company
