Infrastructure Upgrades Coming for Duluth Port
The U.S. Transportation Department has awarded the Port of Duluth-Superior $27 million for infrastructure improvements. The project will remove out-of-service grain elevators and reconstruct the dock wall to revitalize the pier complex.
