FMC Purchases Pheromone Insect Control Technology Business

FMC has a definitive agreement to acquire a pheromone research and production company from Denmark called BioPhero ApS. FMC officials said this acquisition highlights its continuing commitment to biologicals technology. The purchase price was $200 million.
