APHIS Administrator Appointed
USDA Animal and Plant Health and Inspection Service Acting Administrator Kelly Moore has gotten the nod to serve as the permanent administrator. Moore has been at APHIS since 2007. The New World Screwworm issue is under APHIS' purview.
