As of 5 AM local time Tuesday morning, union workers at the JBS Swift beef plant in Greeley, Colorado, will be going back to work. The decision was made after the company agreed to resume contract negotiations later this week. The strike has been underway since mid-March. The dispute has been over wages and working conditions.
