In the Pioneer Agronomy Update, Pioneer Field Agronomist Kristie Sundeen said canola is at high risk for white mold in some areas. “The easiest way to determine if you should be spraying fungicide is to walk your fields; if the soil below the canopy is wet or your pant leg gets wet after 10 AM, it is a good indication that the environment is there for white mold to develop.” The NDSU Sclerotinia Risk Map for Canola is another option.
