Corteva launched a new herbicide for the cereals market this season called Tolvera. It features two modes of action, including an an active ingredient new to the cereals market that is helping address the threat of weed resistance. “it did everything we advertised it to do as well as broadleaf control of the big tough ones of kochia, ragweed, waterhemp,” said Grundstorm. “We’re elated at the Year One acreage that we saw up and down the (Red River) Valley and throughout North and South Dakota and Minnesota.”
