A sustainable aviation fuel project is coming to Moorhead. DG Fuels will convert biomass, including corn stover and timber waste, into the jet fuel. This facility expects to begin production in 2030, producing 193 million gallons of SAF per year. DG Fuels is based in Washington, D.C., and is also building a plant in similar plant in Louisiana.
