Weather Interruption

In the Jamestown area, farmers are struggling with soggy fields. Doug Reimers said the early start to the planting season helped, but progress has stalled by rain over the past few weeks. “We got a lot done right away and then the rain settled in. Lately, the rain has accumulated and really slowed down progress.” Reimers said replanting hasn’t been necessary, but that could change.
