With the current labor shortage, Minnesota FFA Alumni Association President Mark Jirik says FFA and agricultural education are delivering the skills needed in the job world today. “FFA prepares students for their future careers,” said Jirik. “It’s the skills that they have learned, whether it is in career development events, leadership events or in their SAEs (Supervised Agricultural Experience).” The 2020-2021 state officer team led entirely during the pandemic. The Minnesota FFA Alumni Association presented these young men and women with lifetime membership in the state and national FFA alumni associations Sunday night.
