Courtney Rowe has been named to President-elect Biden’s White House COVID-19 Response team, serving as the director of strategic communications and engagement. Rowe previously served as a special assistant and director of message planning in the Obama White House. Rowe also spent time as Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack’s press secretary and as the communications director for the Senate Agriculture Committee.
