North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum delivered the state budget proposal for 2021-2023 to the Legislative Assembly. The proposal outlined general fund spending, priority investments and maintain healthy reserves without raising taxes. The proposed budget includes a historic $1.25 billion bonding package for infrastructure. “Bonding works and it’s simple. We need to take care of the space we have,” said Burgum. “This include $14 million for the NDSU Agricultural Products Development Center to help close the gap and get that off the ground.” Get the full story and read the news release.
