Fessenden farmer David Clough says the wheat in the Fessenden, North Dakota area looks very good. “I hope it will be as good as last year, but time will tell. It’s a lot later than last year,” says Clough. “A lot can happen. We are not sure about the protein levels.” Clough hasn’t seen much disease pressure in the wheat. “It’s pretty clean. Most everyone is spraying fungicides.”
