The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers has presented Iowa State University Crops Economist Chad Hart with the Carl Hertz Distinguished Service Award. Hart retired from Iowa State this past August after providing his expertise in the crop markets for the past 35 years. Hart has been a frequent speaker at ag events across the country, including the former Northern Ag Expo in Fargo.
