The National Dairy Farmers Assuring Responsible Management (FARM) Program has announced its 2026 Excellence Award winners. The Workforce Development award went to Silverstreak Dairies of Sauk Centre, Minnesota. The farm was recognized for fostering a positive work culture by focusing on employee training, advancement and safety.
