During the Big Iron Farm Show, FFA supporters donated to the Blue Jackets Bright Futures program. North Dakota State FFA President Maksim Nelson said the program provides FFA jackets to students who may not otherwise be able to afford one. Nelson said the blue jacket is more than a piece of clothing for FFA members. “I think it’s an incredible thing because it’s the symbol of our organization and truly can move a person to become way more willing to do more in the organization and get more involved.”
