Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins says the November election is a fight over how much control government should have over Americans’ daily lives. Speaking at the Republican Midterm Convention in Dallas, Rollins criticized the Democrats. “The question before us come this November is simple. Does that heritage of independence persevere or does that heritage of freedom and of liberty and of the dignity of work do we hand that over to the radical left who are infected with collectivism, with communism, with socialism, with third worldism? Does the American experiment shudder to a close in our own lifetimes? Heck no!” Rollins also told the Republican crowd those policies were examples of political elites telling Americans how to live.
