Pro Farmer Crop Tour scouts found a strong corn and soybean crop in southern Minnesota. Western Tour Lead Chip Flory says Minnesota continues to impress. “It’s sneaky good in Minnesota,” Flory says. “There’s a good crop, both corn and soybeans.” Pro Farmer estimates Minnesota corn yields at 199 bushels per acre, down nearly four bushels from last year. The soybean pod count is up less than one percent from 2025. “Two years in a row, Minnesota has really proven it is playing with the big boys, there’s no doubt about it.”
