BNSF Railway and Canadian Pacific Kansas City have both raised their northern wheat rail tariff rates for the 2026-2027 marketing year. BNSF will raise the shuttle tariff rate by $150 per car for all shipments coming from Minnesota, North Dakota and Montana and $50 per car from South Dakota. CPKC has revised its rates downward to match BNSF’s $150 per car rate increase.
