Potatoes USA has announced its 2026-2027 board leadership. Pennsylvania potato farmer David Masser is the new chairman, succeeding Steve Elfering of Idaho. Leah Halverson of Grand Forks is serving as chair of the Potatoes USA Communications Committee.
