Cattle futures have been under pressure. Ag Bull Trading President Tommy Grisafi says it feels like the tone in the cattle market has changed. “Maybe, just maybe, this big six-year bull market in cattle is over,” Grisafi told RRFN. “When you look at the economics, if someone goes to the sales barn today and buys feeder cattle to feed out, the math isn’t mathing on profitability and actually some large losses are showing up in cattle.”
