The Minnesota State Cattlemen’s Association Summer Beef Tour gave producers a firsthand look at modern cattle operations and new management practices. MSCA President Jake Thompson said the event offered something for every segment of the industry. “This is your opportunity to come out and actually see it work, you can actually talk to the guy that’s been doing it.” Thompson said Minnesota remains one of the few states that hosts a statewide beef tour of this size, giving producers a unique opportunity to learn directly from fellow cattlemen.
