The official groundbreaking for the Agristo potato processing plant in Grand Forks will be held on Tuesday. This is an invitation-only event. Agristo plans to be fully operational for the potato harvest of 2029. The Belgian company is investing over $1 billion in this project and will have over 20,000 acres under contract production in the region.
