The University of Minnesota Board of Regents approved its capital and operating budgets for fiscal year 2027. This includes funding for a new St. Paul Campus Center for the university’s focus on agriculture, food systems, environmental science and veterinary medicine. A total of $35 million in state bonding will pay for this new campus center.
