Corteva Agriscience has settled its crop loyalty program class-action lawsuit. As a result, farmers who purchased specific crop protection products from October 2018 through May 2026 are eligible to share the $85 million settlement. The number of farmers included in this settlement could top 100,000. Four years ago, a handful of national ag companies were sued. Claims were made that these companies had loyalty rebate programs with distributors that prevented them from selling less expensive generic products.
