An Hours of Service Waiver for Fertilizer Delivery

The Transportation Department has approved an hours-of-service waiver for truckers hauling fertilizer. The waiver is in place for the rest of this year. The Fertilizer Institute sought the exemption to help ag companies deliver fertilizer to farmers on a timely basis.
