The Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative Board of Directors has announced a leadership transition. Rick Kasper will continue to serve as president and chief executive officer through August of 2027. On September 1, 2027, Mike Metzger will assume that role. Metzger is currently Minn-Dak’s executive vice president. Before that, he was vice president of agriculture and research.
