The Minnesota Sunflower Council re-elected Thomas Dowdle and Tom Smude to three-year terms. Dowdle, who farms near Kennedy, will represent Region One and currently serves as Second Vice President of the National Sunflower Association. Smude, who farms near Pierz, will represent Region Two.
