Corteva has named the executive leadership team for its split into two independent companies. The crop protection company, New Corteva, has named Luke Kissam as its president and chief executive officer. Kissam is the former Albermarle chairman, president and CEO, and will join the company on June 1. Current CEO Chuck Magro will become the CEO of the new seed company, SpinCo. The separation of the two companies is on track to happen in the fourth quarter of this year.
