Former CHS Board Chair Dan Schurr has resigned his position on the CHS board and accepted a seat on the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company board of directors. Schurr was elected to the CHS board 20 years ago and served as board chair from 2017 to 2025. His CHS board seat will remain vacant until a vote can be taken at the 2026 annual meeting. Schurr farms at LeClaire, Iowa.
