Over the weekend, President Donald Trump said he would target Iranian power plants and other infrastructure if the Strait of Hormuz isn’t open by tomorrow. Brent crude oil prices rose to almost $112 per barrel on that news. West Texas Intermediate Crude topped $115 per barrel. Trump has scheduled a news conference at noon Central Time today and the ongoing conflict in Iran will certainly be part of the conversation.
