BASF Agricultural Solutions has closed its acquisition of AgBiTech. This action follows an agreement with the private equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners and other shareholders, signed in January. AgBiTech is considered a global leader in biological pest control. It was founded in 2000 in Australia and has manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Australia and Brazil.
